Terms of Service
Last updated: April 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Aura platform ("Service"), operated by Digitizer ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Aura is a multi-provider infrastructure management dashboard that allows users to manage cloud resources across providers including Cloudways, Hostinger VPS, Cloudflare, and Bunny.net. The SiteAgent WordPress plugin is a companion agent that enables remote site management from the Aura dashboard.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use the Service to manage infrastructure for illegal purposes
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
5. Provider Credentials
The Service stores your third-party provider credentials (API keys, tokens) encrypted with AES-256-GCM. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use these credentials and that your use complies with the respective provider's terms of service.
6. SiteAgent Plugin
The SiteAgent WordPress plugin is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). The plugin communicates with the Aura dashboard exclusively via authenticated REST API requests. You are responsible for securing your WordPress installation and the plugin's authentication credentials.
7. Data and Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including encryption of stored credentials. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. You use the Service at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Affiliate Links and Disclosures
The Service and our marketing content (including blog posts, comparison pages, and product recommendations) may contain affiliate links to third-party hosting and infrastructure providers — for example, Cloudways, Hostinger, Cloudflare, and Bunny.net. When you click one of these links and subsequently sign up for or purchase a service, we may receive a referral fee or commission at no additional cost to you.
These affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial recommendations. We only recommend products and providers we use ourselves or believe are genuinely useful for our audience. Where a specific piece of content contains affiliate links, we will disclose that relationship inline (for example, at the top of a blog post) in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and equivalent rules in the EU and UK.
Third-party providers may set cookies or pass tracking identifiers (such as a referral or click ID) when you follow an affiliate link so they can attribute a subsequent signup or purchase to us. Once you leave the Service, those third parties' terms and privacy policies govern their handling of your data. You can reject affiliate tracking at any time by declining Marketing cookies in the cookie banner, using browser settings or extensions that block third-party cookies, or simply navigating to the third-party provider directly instead of via our affiliate link.
